Your main responsibilities will be to act as a liaison between customers and our company and help them throughout their whole experience with us. Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
Pass on customers' feedback to keep improving our service
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
Strong attention to details
Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management principles
Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
